A public talk by Anhui Huang ’20 (Philosophy ABD, UC Berkeley) on Certainty, Credence, and Inquiry. Thursday, May 7 at 4:15 pm, Sawyer 307-Mabie Room. Anhui Huang’s main areas of interest are language and epistemology. She recently has been thinking about certainty and uncertainty reports, and their relation to inquiry. She is also interested in lying, assertion, and truth in fiction. The event is free and open to the public.   Sponsored by The Philosophy Department.
